The Cleveland Public Library ("Owner") is seeking qualifications statements for architectural and engineering services for two separate projects: 1) the replacement of the roof of its Louis Stokes Wing (the "Roofing Project") and 2) the renovation of two public restrooms on the lower level of the Louis Stokes Wing (the "Restroom Project") (collectively, the "Projects"). The Roof Project will consist of an assessment and, if necessary, replacement of the entire roof of the Louis Stokes Wing ("LSW"). The scope of work will include an assessment of the roof in its current state, recommendations for repairs, and preparing specifications for such repairs, which are anticipated to include replacing broken pavers, floor drains and flashing. The Restroom Project will consist of a complete remodel and possible reconfiguration of the two public restrooms located on the lower level of LSW. The scope of work will consist of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior renovation and improvements, and other items as needed.
