Each bid must contain the full name and names of the party or parties making the same, with an affidavit as to interested parties, and in the case of a corporation not chartered in Ohio, with a proper certificate that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio, and be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check on a solvent bank made payable to the order of the Village of Mogadore in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, or by a bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, drawn in favor of the Clerk of the Village of Mogadore.
