Rehabilitation of Deer Creek Dams reservoirs 1, 2 and 4. Dam 1: Work will abandon dam 1. The work will include stabilizing the breach and original spillway channel. Original spillway is plugged with Beaver debris and silted. Improved spillway channel will be armored with riprap harvested onsite. Dam 2: Includes work to replace 48" CMP culvert with a 48" HDPE culvert. Scope includes removing and replacing upstream dam embankment rip rap, placing geotextile below riprap and replacing onsite riprap material (Embankment Armor). Dan 3: Includes work to armor the embankment with geotextile and removed/replaced riprap. Dam 4: Work includes upstream dam Embankment Armor similar to Dam 2. Work also includes construction of new outlet structure to maintain flow at a set elevation and improvement to the emergency spillway channel.
