Reference Number 0000326723 *Sidewalk Replacement Project * This project consists of the removal and replacement of damaged concrete trail, curb, gutter, sidewalk and curb ramps throughout the city. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing concrete trail, curb, gutter, sidewalk and curb ramps, rework of existing subgrade (including excavation and disposal of unsuitable subgrade material in some locations), installation of new road base, material and compaction testing, and installation of new concrete and truncated dome mats All questions requiring a response prior to the bid opening shall be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) prior to 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, August 16th, 2023. An Addendum addressing questions and clarifications will be issued by the end of day on Thursday, August 17th, 2023. The City expects to issue a Notice of Award by the end of day on Monday August 21st, 2023 and have a signed Contract by the following week. -Notice To Proceed Week of Monday, August 21 -Substantial Completion November 10, 2023 -Project Completed (Final Acceptance) November 17, 2023
