A check or a bid bond issued by an insurance company for an amount equal to 10% of the total amount must be attached to the bid. In addition, must be attached to each tender, a document issued by a company authorized to stand surety, confirming that it will issue, annually in favor of the Town of Farnham, a contract performance bond for a value of 50% and a labor, creditors' and subcontractors' services payment bond, for a value of 50% of the amount of the bid. The bidders' price will be firm and valid for a period of one hundred and twenty days from the opening of the bids.
