The project consists of the installation of PCC sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, inlet repairs, curb and gutter, and pavement at various locations in the City of Freeport. All bids must be accompanied by a bank check, cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set for in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The City of Freeport reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
