UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN - LA CROSSE CAMPUS Project Description GRAFF MAIN HALL: Project work includes repairing the entire brick parapet and performing localized restorative repairs as necessary to the remainder of the brick wall covering. Window frame sealants and other sealants will be removed and replaced. To allow for this work, the sheet metal cornice will be removed and replaced after other repairs are complete. MITCHELL HALL: Project work includes completing various repairs to the building exterior envelope; removing and replacing eroded limestone masonry, select face brick units, aluminum windows on the north and south elevations, and all sealant joints at brick masonry and limestone wall panels. Hollow metal entrances will be replaced with new aluminum storefronts. At one entrance, the concrete sidewalk and adjacent soils will be removed to expose the concrete electrical vault. New hot rubberized asphalt waterproofing membrane will be installed, and the removed soils will be reinstalled along with new concrete sidewalk. Project Schedule: Bid Opening: 01/2025 Construction Start: 04/2025 Substantial Completion: 08/2026 Project Close Out: 02/2027
