Crossland Construction Company, hereinafter called the Construction Manager, will receive bids at Coffeyville Community College the Coffeyville Community College Renovation - Bid Package #1. Bids can be mailed or delivered in person. - Only hand delivered or mailed bids shall be accepted in an enclosed/sealed envelope plainly marked andaddressed as follows: 1) The envelope shall contain the following: Bid Bond (if applicable) (Owner/Obligee to be Crossland Construction Co.), Bid Form & Attachments A & B. Make sure to identify receipt of all addenda on Attachment A. 2) The name and address of the bidder shall appear in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope. 3) The lower right-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked for what Trade Contract name and # you are bidding. 4) When mailing or hand delivering your bid, the sealed envelope shall be addressed in the center to: Coffeyville Community College Bid Package #1 Attn: President's Office 400 W. 11th Street Coffeyville, KS 67337 - All bids will be publicly opened by the Owner, Architect, & the Construction Manager. They will be recorded and studied for recommendations to the Owner. Bids received after the time or more than ninety-six hours before (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) the official stated time set for the opening of bids, will not be accepted. No bid may be submitted, changed, or withdrawn after the time stated for the bid opening. The owner, architect, and CM reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bid, and to accept the bid or bids which seem most advantageous to the Owner. The information provided in the CM Subcontractor Registration and past experience with the CM will be used in conjunction with a submitted bid to evaluate bidders for selection of the lowest-responsible bidder.
