Reference Number 0000326495 The City of Englewood (City) is requesting proposals for Engineering Services to design and detail bridge rehabilitation on the Union Avenue Bridge over the South Platte River. This corridor has a large amount of truck traffic which has significantly impacted the condition of the deck. The City of Englewood is focused on replacing the deck with a concrete mix that will flex with movements of the bridge and remain in good condition over heavy loading due to the adjacent concrete batching plant and waste transfer facility. Joints at each pier will not be replaced and a new plan for water drainage is needed.
