The City of Hamilton is seeking the services of a qualified Engineering Consultant to review the road functionality of the Barton Street corridor from the Red Hill Valley Parkway to the westerly limits. Recommend a Complete Street typology and a Construction Phasing Strategy between Ferguson Avenue to Parkdale Avenue in conjunction with the renewal and capacity upgrade of the underground services including water, sanitary, storm, separation of combined sewer system, opportunity for low impact development, and utility relocation. There is no proposal security, performance security or labour and material payment security required for this Request for Proposals. Question Deadline: Tue Aug 22, 2023 12:00:00 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 24 This Request for Proposals is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). In accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001 (ODA) and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), the City of Hamilton will accommodate for a disability, ensuring full and equitable participation throughout the bid process.
