Owner: Shepherd University, 301 North King Street, Shepherdstown, West Virginia 25443 B. The Contract Documents, dated July 25, 2023 were prepared for the Project by H.F. Lenz Co., Consulting Engineers, 1407 Scalp Avenue, Johnstown, Pennsylvania 15904. C. The Work consists of the construction of the Phase 1A Parking Lot **IMPORTANT: Electronic Contract Documents are for viewing ONLY. No electronic document files are to be provided to contractors for bidding. ALL contractors interested in bidding the project MUST request bid documents directly from H.F. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount of each Base Bid, which may be a certified check, a bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or approved surety company's (surety company must be authorized to conduct business with in the State of West Virginia), bid bond, made payable to the "Shepherd University The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept or reject any part of any bid, when such rejection or acceptance is in the interest of the Owner and to reject a bid of a bidder who is not in a position to perform the contract. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any informality or informalities in any bid.
