Replacing the existing York RTU HVAC System with a Split Heat Pump System (3 phase heat pump condenser, 3 phase indoor air handler and electric heat kit replacement). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to solicit sealed bids from qualified contractors to replace the existing HVAC unit at the Warren County Youth Center. Work Location: Youth Center at 201 E 8th Street, Front Royal. The period of performance of the resultant firm fixed price contract will begin on the day of issuance of Notice to Proceed, and continuing, if not otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB, for 150 days.
