Construction of a new 1.5 MGD Ultraviolet Disinfection Reactor, simplex feed pump, control panel, exposed ductile iron piping, flow meter, electrical service, and related appurtenances. Owner requires the Project to be completed in 240 calendar days. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Bidders are required to submit the bid form, bid bond, and the E-Verify documents at the time of the bid. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, the bidder's General Contractor's license number, the project name, and bid date. Bidders are asked not to submit the full contract documents and specifications book at the time of the bid. Bidders must carry the Municipal and Utility construction classification as listed in the roster of the Alabama State Licensing Board for General Contractors to be considered for the award of the project. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 calendar days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of Contractors obligations under the Contract.
