REHABILITATION OF JERICHO ELEVATED STORAGE TANK JOB Provide labor, material, and equipment to paint the exterior and interior of the JERICHO 200,000-gallon tank along with doing the required modifications per the project specifications located at 6618 Hamilton-Richmond Road in Milford Township; Butler County, Ohio. the Engineers pre-bid estimate of cost, which is $332,000.00. Each Bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the OhioRevised Code. Such Bid guaranty shall be in the form of either a bond, secured by a corporate surety, in the amount of 100% of the bid amount; or a certified check, cashiers check, or irrevocable letter of credit, made payable to the District, in an amount equal to 10% of the Bid amount. All corporate sureties shall be licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The Southwest Regional Water District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bidding. The JERICHO tank will be painted during 2023, the tank must be ready for refilling no later than April 15, 2024. All work must be completed and ready for final payment by June 3, 2024. NOTE: The one-year warranty period will start after the District approves that the restoration has been done to their satisfaction. The JERICHO Tank can be started after September 5, 2023. In the event of an unjustified delay in completion of the work, liquidated damages shall be deducted from any sums remaining unpaid under the Agreement, or from any retainage. The amount of liquidated damages shall be $200.00 per calendar day. . Addendum to Construction Contract relative to prevailing wage contracts, if applicable
