Reference Number NB-TCS23-086 Snow Removal and Salt Service (Including Spreading Aggregate or Other Snow Melting Material) Snow Plowing and Removal Snow Plowing and Removal Snow Plowing and Salt Spreading, Highways The Proposed Term of the Agreement is for a Twelve (12) Month Period, Commencing November 15, 2023. The City May Exercise an Option to Renew the Agreement for Up to Four (4) Additional Twelve (12) Month Periods, if It is in the City's Best Interest to Do So. Winter Seasons Are Between November 15th and April 30th. A Refundable Deposit of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) for Each Piece of Equipment Accepted by the City Shall Be Submitted in the Form of a Certified Cheque or Performance Bond by the Successful Contractor(S) to Cover Any Damages or Deficiencies Incurred Throughout the Course of the Contract. A Bid Bond, Certified Cheque, Money Order, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Made Payable to the City of Moncton in the Minimum Amount of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) for Each Piece of Equipment Submitted for Consideration Shall Accompany Each Tender Submission as a Guarantee That a Contract Will Be Entered if a Bid is Accepted.
