Johnson County Arkansas and the JCPL Library Board of Trustees desire to select professional services from a design firm to perform the necessary studies and preliminary design to clearly establish parameters for an approximate 8,400 square foot library building renovation and a remodel of two adjacent 2,100 square foot duplex buildings for the Johnson County Public Library Facility. Johnson County Arkansas is requesting qualifications from interested architects for professional services to include acceptable processes and structural alternatives and cost alternatives from professional architects that submit qualifications which includes all the information required to be included, as set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as Respondent). Submits a timely qualifications statement 2) Maintains professional staff 3) Performs necessary studies, preliminary designs, and clearly establishes parameters for final design to completion. Qualifications shall be reviewed and evaluated to determine if the Respondent has met mandatory minimum requirements, which follow, and the totality of the information about reputation and experience of each Respondent will be considered during a review. Each Respondent that meets the requirements of the Request for Qualifications will be designated as a Qualified Respondent and may be given the opportunity to participate in the selection process as determined by Johnson County Arkansas. Johnson County Arkansas reserves the right to reject any and all Qualification Statements, in whole or in part, and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in any Qualification Statement as may be permitted by law. Johnson County Arkansas encourages participation of small, minority, and women's business enterprises.
