Schedule A Major Materials A pre-bid meeting is not required but it is recommended that the BIDDER visit the site during normal working hours to review the site conditions. All technical questions must be directed to the ENGINEER. Work to be performed generally includes: Schedule A-Major Materials: all materials of approximately 10,113 LF 24 C900 DR14 PVC or DIP, approximately 10,610 LF 24 C900 DR18 PVC or DIP, fittings, mega lugs, valves, hydrant assembly, (1) MJ closure couplings for tie in, and material delivery. Basis of award will be the lowest responsive and responsible Bid as determined by the OWNER. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any irregularities or to waive any technical defects in the bidding process as the best interest of the OWNER may be served. The OWNER also reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
