The City of Brookhaven is requesting bids for interior and exterior furniture and furniture installation for the City's approximately 10,000 square foot Community Development & Public Works building located at 2665 Buford Highway, Brookhaven, GA 30324. The Contract will be to provide services to the City in accordance with the Contract Documents. All work will be performed under approved Task Orders. Each Task Order shall provide the specific Scope of Work and Fees. Deadline to submit Questions :Aug 17th 2023, 5:00 PM EDT All communications regarding this solicitation must be with the Finance, Oscar Medina Oscar.medina@brookhavenga.gov. All questions or requests for clarification must be sent via Electronically . Questions are due no later than Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. EST. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. The City of Brookhaven reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make an award in the best interest of the City of Brookhaven. The City of Brookhaven is not responsible for any technical difficulties. It is highly recommended that all potential contractors submit their quotes prior to the due date of this solicitation. The services to be performed under this Contract shall commence on the date hereof. The initial terms of this Contract shall be through December 31, 2024. This Contract shall terminate absolutely and without further obligation on the part of the City on December 31, 2024, and each December 31 of each succeeding and renewed year, as required by O.C.G.A. 36-60-13, as amended, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
