The City of Rochester Hills seeks the services of a qualified masonry restoration contractor to perform the services needed to complete projects in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. Requirements governing the performance and qualifications of the contractor are outlined herein. Contractors should use this information as a guide to understanding the outcome of the projects and the quality of work the City requires.
