this Invitation to Bid is hereby cancelled with no contract awarded. RTD may choose to resolicit this project later after reevaluation. 08/30/2023 Inquiry Period: Questions from prospective bidders are to be received by close of business. Questions must be submitted through RTD's online procurement portal, OpenGov. 09/27/2023 RTD anticipates making final selection. The work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Construction of the elevator connected to existing pedestrian bridge landing. The proposed work that will be owned and operated by RTD, is located within CDOT property. The project includes all the required Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Plumbing, Technology and Security to meet all RTD, local and state requirements. The project also includes wind screens and the required structure to enclose elevator landing. The water test shall be conducted to demonstrate that the elevator shaft is watertight. Elevator shall be certified in accordance with the attached Colorado Conveyance Program requirements. Period of Performance: One year from Notice to Proceed.
