Reference Number 0000253170 Question Deadline 08/21/2023 at 6:00 PM CT The City is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant team to develop an ISMP for the entire City of Selkirk. The plan will provide guidance to the City for long-term stormwater management planning. A detailed description of the project scope is provided in Section 1.3, along with a list of available information to supports preparation of the ISMP. Please note that the scope outlined below may be awarded in phases to align with budgeting cycles. The City of Selkirk (the City) is committed to reducing risk, including risks associated with aging infrastructure and the changing climate. The need for an Integrated Stormwater Management Plan (ISMP) is driven by Selkirk's Climate Change Adaptation Strategy and Capital Asset Management Program (CAMP), which outlines the requirements to identify both stormwater assets that are currently over capacity and system upgrades required to manage increases in precipitation intensity associated with the changing climate.
