The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of BIDS. The City Facility Security Camera Project is a Public Works project to install security cameras at the Public Works Yard, City Hall, Fire Department, and Police Department. The work includes, but is not limited to furnishing and installing high-definition security cameras (17 at the Public Works Yard, 28 at City Hall, 4 at the Fire Department, and 13 at the Police Department) and the associated equipment. The project also includes providing pre and acceptance testing, programming, and wiring. The base bid includes Security Cameras for the Public Works Yard and City Hall. The Additive bid includes the Fire Department, Police Department, and Maintenance Contract.
