The scope of work will include skimming approximately 3,250 sq. ft. of existing flooring for lay over. The independent contractor is responsible for disposing of all debris and trash properly at an outside facility. Contractor will need to move any furniture (tables, chairs, desks etc.) prior to starting work. The independent contractor will need to remove approximately 800 sq. ft of old cove base and dispose of properly at an outside facility. The independent contractor will provide approximately 3,250 sq. ft. of Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring 48'' L x 6'' W x 20 mil thick (color to be determined), 800 sq. ft of 6'' vinyl cove base 1/8'' cove coils (color to be determined), adhesive for LVP flooring and cove base. The independent contractor will install LVP flooring and vinyl cove base. Work to be done during regular business hours of 8:30 AM through 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Drawings are included but limited. The black rectangle on the drawings is the space the work is to be performed. Since there is asbestos in the tiles the independent contractor will not be responsible for removing tiles.
