Reference Number 0000253043 The Place du Portage III facility was built in the 1970's and will be rehabilitated into a modern complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard. The anticipated Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: - The installation of all Washroom Accessories, Washroom Compartments, Partitions, Lockers, Wall & Door Protection, Fall Protection & other misc items pertaining to the towers of PDP3. The work will begin upon contract award and will be executed within the Construction Manager's overall construction schedule. The scheduled duration for this work will be confirmed in the second stage of tendering. The work is anticipated to start in October 2023 and be completed in August 2024. The Proponent acknowledges that Ellis Don has the right to verify any information provided for the Statement of Qualification and that false, erroneous, or inadequate information may disqualify the Proponent from being considered for this project. EllisDon and BGIS, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to accept any SOQ that it deems responsive, or may reject any or all SOQS received in response to this RFQ.
