Performance Bond - A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price shall be required. The performance bond shall be delivered by the contractor to the County at the same time the contract is executed. Payment Bond - A payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price shall be required. The payment bond shall be delivered by the contractor to the County at the same time the contract is executed.
