Question Deadline: August 21, 2023 by 2:00 pm I. Scope of Work Service one On Call Chiller a. Northeastern State University is requesting proposals from qualified State of Oklahoma Chiller firms to provide on-call chiller services for all Northeastern State University Campuses; Tahlequah, Broken Arrow and Muskogee Campuses. Selected Contractor(s) are to provide, but are not limited to, repairs, upgrades, installations and or labor to successfully meet the needs of the University on an as-needed basis during the contract period. b. The Contracting firm(s) shall perform general on-call chiller services to designated facilities as directed by Northeastern State University and/or their designee. The service and repairs shall be provided in accordance with the highest standards of the industry, skill, workmanship, applicable trade practices, meet warranties and in conformance to all applicable laws, codes and regulations. c. All work performed under this agreement shall be performed by the Contractors regular employees, sub-contracting of work is not allowed without the consent from Northeastern State University and or their designee. d. Northeastern State University will require that the contracting firm(s) be able to schedule service and or labor to the University site within a reasonable period after request for regular service, and within 4 hours for an emergency request in the rare event that a need for emergency service arises. Scope of Work Service Two on Call HVAC a. Northeastern State University is requesting proposals from qualified State of Oklahoma HVAC firms to provide on-call HVAC services for all Northeastern State University Campuses; Tahlequah, Broken Arrow and Muskogee Campuses. Selected Contractor to provide, but not limited to, HVAC repairs, upgrades, installations and/or labor to assist University Facilities Management HVAC team in the repair, upgrade and installation of Heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment and associated systems, to successfully meet the needs of the University on an as-needed basis during the contract period. b. The Contracting firm shall perform general on call HVAC services to designated facilities as directed by Northeastern State University and/or their designee. The service and repairs shall be provided in accordance with the highest standards of the industry, skill, workmanship, applicable trade practices, meet warranties and in conformance to all applicable laws, codes and regulations. c. The equipment and systems to be serviced, repaired, and/or replaced includes but is not limited to split gas/electric systems, exhaust and fresh air systems, water source heat pump and fan coil units, package gas/electric units, forced air systems, chilled/ hot water loops and their associated system parts and/or equipment.
