Supply and deliver (5) five new marine power pedestals. Power pedestals shall be delivered preassembled/pre-wired and ready to be installed. Power pedestals shall be designed for commercial docks in the northeast saltwater environment. New equipment shall be provided in accordance with the following requirements and schedule. Installation of the new power pedestals is not included in this scope. Question Deadline 08/15/2023 The Offeror may submit any questions with regard to this report by email to NDAA1290Cert@state.gov. To the extent feasible, the Department of State will respond to such email inquiries within 3 business days. Location - The new power pedestals shall be delivered to the Cape Cod Canal Field Office located at 40 Academy Dr. Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts 02532. A loading dock and forklift is available at the delivery location. The work of this project consists primarily of repair and replacement to docks and mooring dolphins within the West Boat Basin along the Cape Cod Canal. There are four dock structures within the West Boat Basin. One of the docks shall be demolished and replaced while the other three docks shall be repaired. There are 16 steel pile mooring dolphins within the West Boat Basin. Five of these 16 dolphins, cluster H-Piles at approximate pile lengths of 80 feet and located adjacent to Dock #1, shall be removed in their entireties. Three of these 16 dolphins, cluster H-Piles at approximate pile lengths of 80 feet and located adjacent to Dock #4, shall be removed two feet below the mudline and replaced with one 60-inch diameter steel pipe pile and two 48-inch diameter steel pipe piles.
