Riverside Regional Jail Authority is requesting a vendor to provide the following. Your quote shall be on your company letterhead and include the total cost of the project. The following Item Is Requested; Riverside Regional Jail Authority is seeking competitive quotations for the following maintenance to be performed on two parking lots at the facility. Approximate Square footage of two parking areas combined is 220,000 Square Feet. Vendor responsible for taking accurate measurements of work area. 1. Clean all dirt, grass and debris off asphalt prior to crack filling process. 2. Crack fill both lots with a approximate total of 19,000 linear feet. Vendor responsible for taking accurate measurements of work area. 3. Seal both lots with two coat applications of pavement sealer. 4. Stripe both lots back to current pattern. 5. Clean work site and ribbon off access to asphalt. Special note: In order to maintain uninterrupted accessibility to facility parking, only one parking lot can be processed at a time. Work on the second parking area can only commence when the first lot has cured and is put back into operation. Special note: Work must be completed within 30 days of award notice. Special note: Vendor shall provide a minimum of a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Site Visit - There will be a Mandatory Site Visit on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 10:30 am. Vendor will meet the staff at the flag pole in the front of the Jail
