Awarded contractor will be required to provide on-site operational and or maintenance training for the new system. Pre-bid recommended, site visit upon request. Inspection by Iowa State Building Code Bureau. Required 1 year construction warranty and materials warranty as indicated in specs. Awarded contractor must be a licensed, bonded and insured contractor Davis-Bacon wages do not apply. This project is exempt from sales tax Site Visit: In the event a contractor wishes to set up a site visit please contact Teri Schulz via email at teri.schulz@iowadot.us with a date and time of when you want a site visit. Contractors will be required to bring their own equipment needed for the site visit.
