These items will be either removed or encapsulated then completed by a general contractor. This job must pass an abatement clearance test once completed. All bidders are notified that Catawba County has a verifiable five percent (5%) goal for participation by minority owned and women owned businesses in the total value of Work for which prime contractors are awarded pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes Section 143-128.
