Question Deadline: Tue Aug 29, 2023 5:00:00 PM (EDT) Electronic Auctions: Not Applicable The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids, from qualified Contractors, for the construction of the NW 77th Street Swale Drainage and Concrete Sidewalk Improvements Project, Bid No. 23-33B.The project is located along NW 77th street (Westbound) between Nob Hill Road and Tamarac Sports Complex Entrance (Greenwood Blvd); and at the SE corner of NW 77th Street and NW 88th Terrace (Eastbound), just West of Pine Island Road, within the City of Tamarac. The work shall include, but not limited to clearing and grubbing, concrete sidewalk removal, asphalt pavement milling and resurfacing, full pavement removal and restoration, installing temporary and new pavement markings, new concrete sidewalks, installation of new drainage system, new concrete curb and gutter, swale regrading, site restoration and associated appurtenances required for the fulfillment of the Contract in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, furnishing of all transportation and services, including fuel, power, communications, water, etc., as necessary to complete the project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Project Design Plans, Technical Specifications and Bid No. 23-33B Documents herein, along with all engineering, shop drawing and other documentation necessary to obtain all applicable permits and all bonds, securities, licenses and insurance to complete the project as specified herein and within the Project Design Plans. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications/scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county and local regulatory requirements.
