The project will require all Contractors to abide by the Pennsylvania Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination. The Monroe County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in bidding, and to accept bids and award contracts in the best interests of the Monroe County Commissioners.
