This is a supply contract for the purchase & delivery of Rip Rap to the Brule Flats location. The contract is to purchase 26,000 tons of Rip Rap. The specifications of the Rip Rap are included as an attachment. The Rip Rap will be stockpiled at the location shown on the attached maps. The location of the stockpile is located north of Chamberlain, South Dakota. Supplier is expected to do minor site preparation to the stockpile area, including site leveling, clearing of vegetation and top soil, site reclamation is not required. A more detailed stockpile location will be with the solicitation that is projected to be posted on or around August 11, 2023.
