The intent of this contract is to obtain pricing for Polymer for a 12-month period with four (4) renewal options. The County will make an award deemed in its best interest. If you submitted a product for testing under BL085-18 you do not need to submit product for this bid letting. The only pre-qualified polymer is Polydyne Inc. Clarifloc C-308P. Bids are legal and binding upon the vendor when submitted. All bids should be submitted in duplicate. Successful suppliers will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance Company should be authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department and must have an A.M. Best rating of A-5 or higher.
