The Town of Vail Public Works Department is seeking proposals from contractors for general maintenance, cleaning, of storm water quality vaults, drainage inlets, and Frog Creek Gutter Bin inlet capture devices. All water quality structures can be services with a vacuum truck. Respondents are asked to submit a proposal containing their qualifications, staff and equipment availability and hourly rates for labor and equipment. All materials removed from vaults can be disposed of at the Town of Vail Public Works Departments snow dump at a location approved by the engineer. Proposals will be reviewed and used to establish a qualified vendors list. The successful firm shall hold pricing for the term of the contract. The Town of Vail reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all proposals on any basis without disclosing the reason This contract term is for September 11, 2023 through November 15, 2023. It is anticipated up to 250 hours of work will be required. Specific dates to be established with the selected firm following award of contract.
