Northeastern State University reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formalities or irregularities. All questions must be submitted in writing 48 hours before the bid opening. Site visits can be arranged through Christopher Gay. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope with specific markings. I. Scope of Work a. Northeastern State University is requesting proposals from qualified State of Oklahoma Plumbing Contracting firms to provide on-call Plumbing services for all Northeastern State University Campuses; Tahlequah, Broken Arrow and Muskogee Campuses. Selected Contractor to provide, but not limited to, Plumbing repairs, upgrades, installations and/or labor to assist University Facilities Management Plumbing team in the repair, upgrade and installation of University plumbing equipment and associated systems, to successfully meet the needs of the University on an as-needed basis during the contract period. b. The Contracting firm shall perform normal and on-call Plumbing services to designated single and multi-level facilities structures as directed by Northeastern State University and/or their designee. The service and repairs shall be provided in accordance with the highest standards of the industry, skill, workmanship, applicable trade practices, meet warranties and in conformance to all applicable laws, codes and regulations. c. The equipment and systems to be serviced, repaired and/or replaced includes but is not limited to Domestic water supply, sewer lines and their components up to main city water and sewer systems, faucets, urinals, water closets, flush valves, gas fired and electric domestic hot water systems and associated components. Equipment to be serviced is of various types of manufacturers.
