Scope/Program Verification Report, Statement of Probable Construction Cost, Project Schedules, Phasing of Design Plans as directed by the OWNER, Completion of the permitted Construction Documents within the specified Design Schedule, Life Safety/FISH Plans, FF&E Schedule & Specifications, Design Calculations, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, Color Charts, and Finish Schedules. The ARCHITECT shall provide all professional services necessary to deliver Permitted Construction Documents within the established GMP Construction Budget and in accordance with the established Design Schedule. The ARCHITECT shall provide validation of the Owner’s 2016 Facilities Assessments Surveys known as the Referendum List and identify any additional design services necessary and approved by the District to establish the permitted design documents as required and directed by the District staff including, but not limited to: ADA and CSIR compliance requirements; the renovation and repair of building envelope items such as exterior doors, stucco finish, gutters and downspouts, and water intrusion/waterproofing applications; signage; fire alarm/panel upgrade and fire alarm/smoke and duct detector replacement; sheet metal ductwork/outside air dampers; gym floor-refinishing; athletic lighting; bleacher repairs; boiler replacement; parking lot paving/striping; playground improvements; outside area scoreboards replacement; vinyl flooring; plumbing work related to the drinking water fountains, bathroom replacement and water and sewer lines; roof repairs and other Work as may be required. Required deliverables include, but are not limited to: Scope/Program Verification Report, Statement of Probable Construction Cost, Project Schedules, Phasing of Design Plans as directed by the OWNER, Completion of the permitted Construction Documents within the specified Design Schedule, Life Safety/FISH Plans, FF&E Schedule & Specifications, Design Calculations, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, Color Charts, and Finish Schedules. The ARCHITECT will be required to certify the permitted design complies with one of the energy-efficient and sustainable building standards per F.S. 255.2575. The Architect, Engineers, and Construction Manager at Risk shall certify that the permitted design does not exceed the established GMP construction budget. The Permitted Design must incorporate all requirements set forth in the Florida Building Code, Florida Accessibility Code, District Master Specifications, District Design Criteria, and all other applicable specifications, and authorities having jurisdiction.
