The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supervision, and materials necessary to provide a complete control and monitoring system as outlined in this contract for a complete Building Automation System (BAS) to manage HVAC/Utility Controls; and upgrade and replace from the current TAC Control System to a new contractor provided Building Automation Controls Management System as out lined in this scope for Keesler AFB. All work is to be performed IAW this statement of work (SOW) and is subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for 16 August 2023 at 9:00 AM CDT. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit, you must have a valid drivers license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are idnetified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award. Delivery Period From 05 Oct 2023 to 11 Jul 2024 This will be the only site visit that is offered for this solicitation. For questions regarding the site visit, please contact: Raquele B.
