The purpose of this RFP is for the production, design, fabrication, and installation of new signage reflective of Montclair State University's new logo at both the Montclair State University campus and at Bloomfield Colleges campus. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. New signage design, fabrication, and installation, in concurrence with previous signage removal on Montclair State University's Campus with an anticipated completion date of 9/29/23. The firm completion date will be agreed upon by the Contractor and the University, based upon the turnaround time submitted by the Contractor in its Proposal. The term of the Contract shall be for a period of (3) three years from the date of award with option to renew for two (2) additional (1) one-year options to renew. The anticipated "Contract Effective Date" is provided on the Signature Page of this Request for Proposal. A Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Inspection will be held at the Student Center on Montclair State University s Campus Bidders are advised that attendance at both the pre-bid meeting and site visit is strongly recommended, and no special consideration will be provided to any bidder that does not attend. Details regarding the requirements for vendors bidding this work are contained in this request for proposal. Questions shall be in writing and may be directed to Natalie Mensah, Procurement Specialist, via e-mail at Mensahn@montclair.edu. No oral questions or answers shall be authorized or relied upon by bidders. The University reserves the right to reject all bids, to reject those bids that are non-responsive, or to award in whole or in part, if deemed to be in the best interest of the University to do so. Furthermore, the University reserves the right to waive any minor informality where such waiver is permitted by law.
