Gustine Unified School District of Merced County, California, ("District"), is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Lease Leaseback Construction Services ("LLB") for improvements to the Central Kitchen ("Project"). The Project includes interior, exterior improvements and all associated work. The estimated construction budget is Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) with an estimated performance period of four (4) months. The winning proposal will be determined based on the "best value" competitive procurement process under Education Code section 17400 et seq., whereby the LLB firm is evaluated and selected by the District based on a combination of price and qualifications of the LLB firm.
