Dale, Geneva, Pike, and Barbour County Contract Time: 125 Working Days For the Maintenance Bridge Painting on Sr-54 Over Flat Creek; on Sr-12 (Us-84) Westbound And Eastbound Roadways Over Claybank Creek; and on Sr-10 Over the Pea River. The Bracket Estimate on this project is from $592,898 to $724,653 . The total amount of uncompleted work under contract to a contractor must not exceed the amount of his or her qualification certificate. Minimum Wage Rates have been pre-determined by the Secretary of Labor and are set forth in the advertised specifications. Federal Aid Projects are also subject to the contract work hours and Safety Standards Act and its implementing regulations. Cashier's check or bid bond for 5% of bid (maximum - $50,000.00) made payable to the Alabama Department of Transportation must accompany each bid as evidence of good faith.
