This bid is for a contract to construct public safety and drainage improvements to Stevens Drive. The Awarded Vendor will remove an existing 48 corrugated metal pipe and install 60 reinforced concrete pipes (provided by Tarrant County) with temporary shoring through a phased construction process. The Awarded Vendor will also provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to construct/install the following items reinforced concrete retaining walls, concrete mow strip, metal beam guard fence, guard rail end treatments, 12 stone riprap, hot-mix asphalt pavement repair and widening, and hydroseeding. The vendor must also provide and maintain traffic control devices at all times throughout the duration of construction including the portable traffic signals required for two-way, one-lane traffic. All construction and construction staging must remain within the Tarrant County right-of-way throughout the duration of the project.
