Deadline for questions: August 14, 2023 This project is subject to the prevailing wage rate requirements of Chapter 2258 of the Government Code The successful firm, upon execution of agreement, will be required to provide to the Office of the County Purchasing Agent, a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the total contract Estimated budget to complete this project is $1,800,000 Fort Bend County, herein requests Request for Qualifications from qualified firms for design/build services for expansion of the existing EMS Administration Building and (3) pullthrough ambulance bays and storage area, located at 4332 Highway 36, Rosenberg, TX 77471. The Design/Build firm, herein referred to as "Respondent", shall serve in the capacity of an Architect/Engineer and General Contractor. It is the County's intent that the resulting contract will be funded in whole or in part with funding provided under the American Rescue Plan Act ("ARPA"). As such, respondent is responsible for complying with any and all applicable federal and state statutes, regulations, policies, guidelines, and requirements. In addition to any standard County terms and conditions and other provisions included by the County in the resulting contract, the resulting contract must include the provisions laid out in Exhibit C to this solicitation.
