This work includes the provision of labor, material, equipment, supervision and administration to integrate the work outlined in these specifications into the total building system such that no leakage into the system occurs. In general, the scope of work in the Base Bid includes 1. Provide through-wall flashing and replace existing brick masonry at locations indicated on Contract Drawings and as specified in Sections 04 20 00, Unit Masonry and 07 65 00, Through Wall Flashing. 2. Remove existing sheet metal and modify EIFS at cornice flashing as necessary to secure bent plate to backup wall. Repair EIFS as specified in Section 07 24 00, Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) Repairs. Refer to Detail B on Sheet XR102. 3. Provide sprayed foam air barrier at locations indicated on Contract Drawings and as specified in Section 07 27 36, Sprayed Foam Air Barrier. 4. Provide adhered, thermoplastic-polyolefin (TPO) membrane and flashings along with related sheet metal components to make repairs as indicated in Contract Drawings and specified in Sections 07 54 23, Thermoplastic-Polyolefin Roofing and 07 62 00, Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim. 5. Replace construction joint sealants at locations indicated on Contract Drawings and as specified in Section 07 92 00, Elastomeric Joint Sealants. Fire Station 14 Leak Repairs *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. $50,000-$75,000
