Dyess AFB is looking to procure a Firm Fixed Price, Constructions to perform Demolition and Renovation to 2 (two) Guardshacks for buildings 9270 and 9047 at Dyess AFB TX. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and all other necessary items to prepare work sites for demolition, and renovation as outlined in the attached SoW. This requirement is a 100% total small business set aside. Site Visit: A Mandatory site visit will be held 31 Jul 2023 at 10:00 A.M. CST. Vendors wanting to attend the site visit must RSVP by 8:00 A.M CST on 31 Jul 2023. To RSVP please email Trevor.Finch.1@us.af.mil and brandon.gilbert.9@us.af.mil. All vendors will meet at the Dyess AFB Visitor center, with a valid driver's license. If the Vendor does not have existing base access, an escort will be provided. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: Vendors may submit questions to Trevor.Finch.1@us.af.mil and brandon.gilbert.9@us.af.mil by 4:00 PM on 3 August 2023. SUBMISSION REQUIRMENTS: Interested vendors must return this SF 1442, and submit a technical approach in order to determine technical acceptability. This solicitation will be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation. In accordance with FAR 36.204(c) Disclosure of magnitude of construction projects: Between $100,000 and $250,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
