Provide all labor, equipment, and material to remove and replace portions of the Expansion Joints in South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV. Scope includes but not limited to 1. See overview plan and expansion joint detail specifications in Bid attachments Tab. General Scope of Project a. Remove existing portions of Expansion Joint to replace (per plan) b. Prep concrete, repair/replace as needed for new type of Expansion Joint to be installed. c. Install new expansion joint per manufacture recommendations. (Spec sheet in Bid preferred; however, a similar manufacturers product in specification, function and design would be acceptable upon approval of LVCVA Project Manager upon Bid Submission). d. Clean area and seal new concrete as needed. 2. A Job Walk will be mandatory for this project before a Bid Submission. 3. Contractor responsible for all permitting, fees, and inspections associated with this project as may be required. 4. Contractor responsible for all demolition and disposal of all job debris The Las Vegas Convention Visitor's Authority is soliciting bids to remove and replace sections of the expansion joints in South Hall. Bidders are encouraged to submit via on-line bidding; however, a paper copy can be printed, filled out, and delivered to Purchasing by the Bid closing date and time.
