The Municipality of Bifrost-Riverton is seeking quotations from qualified bidders for a contractor to provide crack sealing, seal coating of King St in Riverton, MB. App. Road length is 750m (2460') x 5.5m (18') total 4,125 m2 / 44,280 Sq Ft Crack sealer shall be an asphalt-based product designed to be used to fill cracks and joints in asphalt. The product shall have the ability to seal out water. In the event that the Contractor fails to complete the Work by the date provided in the Bid Form or as otherwise may be agreed to in writing by the Municipality, the Contractor shall pay to the Municipality the sum of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) DOLLARS for each day that such breach continues (the "Liquidated Damages"). The parties intend that the Liquidated Damages constitute compensation and not a penalty. The Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com .
