TARC is conducting DIGITAL ROUTE SIGN REPAIR AND REHABILITATION to seek for qualified contractors or contractors to repair and rehabilitate TARC's 20 digital signage in route as specified here in Section 3 Scope of Work. TARC seeks and intends to award a single contractor contract with a Fixed-Price contract for a term of 1 Year with an option to exercise 1 additional year for support and maintenance. Term life of the contract is 2 years, to the highly qualified contractor(s) that meets the minimum standards and requirements of TARC and best value proposal as indicated in this solicitation. Obtain the solicitation document for details. Proposal Responses from contractor(s) shall include all of the items listed below in the order shown. Each Part and subpart should be clearly labeled, with pages numbered and separated by tabs. This format is necessary for evaluation purposes. It is TARC's desire to seek for a contractor to repair and rehabilitate the signage to its full as originally designed operating condition. The successful contractor shall have technology and electrical knowledge of this type of product. The selected contractor shall be responsible for providing a complete, fully operational and integrated system. The contractor shall be responsible for all connections and terminations where their equipment integrates with existing TARC equipment. Proposals shall be prepared simply and economically, providing a straightforward, concise description of capabilities to satisfy the requirements of this solicitation. Emphasis should be on completeness and clarity of content with sufficient detail to allow for accurate evaluation and comparative analysis. Please be advised that the Parts and Subparts referenced below are the minimum requirements requested by TARC. The Executive Director and the Board of Directors reserve the right to accept or reject any or all or any part of any Proposals. Any proposals which is incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contains additions not called for, or irregularities of any kind, may be cause for rejection of the Proposals. TARC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or extend the date and time for submitting proposals at any time. Such occurrences will be posted in writing on TARC Bonfire Portal. TARC reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any or all informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, to investigate the qualifications and experience of any contractor(s), to reject any provisions in any Proposals, to modify solicitation contents, to obtain new Proposals, and to negotiate the requested services and contract terms with any contractor(s).
