Reference Number 0000326354 The work will include storm sewer improvements, regrading/earthwork, curb & gutter, sidewalk, landscape restoration, and asphalt paving at four intersections within the Aberdeen Village neighborhood and Ketring Park in Littleton, CO. All work will take place along residential streets. Approximate quantities include 230 LF of RCP storm drain, 8 inlets, 2 manholes, 670 LF of gutter, 125 LF of crosspan, 500 LF of perforated underdrain, and 390 Tons of asphalt paving. This project will require coordination with City Mill & Overlay Project 23-04, which will provide the final 2" top lift of asphalt paving. Job Location Aberdeen Village - Any questions concerning the bid documents or Plans must be submitted to the Project Manager, Kyle Morris, kmorris@littletongov.org, at the City of Littleton, by Tuesday, August 8th , 2023 at 11:00 AM. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - FOB Destination - FOB Pre-Paid - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Each Proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check payable to the City of Littleton in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the city a Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract amount. The Contractor shall complete the Contract in no later than 60 calendar days, after the date specified start date of September 5th, 2023.
