The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB), in partnering with the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking proposals for Phase 100 Study to investigate the causes and remedies for the concrete sea wall at the east side of historic dry dock leaning outwards and causing erosion under the sidewalk along the seawall of the dry dock. DTMB is requesting that professionals provide cost estimates for the construction remedy and include professional costs for Phases 200 - 700. Please note, the recommended firm will likely only be awarded Phase 100 services.
